How can our organization become a club partner or sponsor?▼
We welcome cooperation with health, academic, and community organizations. Contact us via the "Contact Us" page or the club's official email, and our Public Relations team will reach out to discuss cooperation and sponsorship opportunities.
How do I verify a certificate issued by the club?▼
From the "Verify Certificate" page, enter the serial number at the bottom of the certificate, and its official details will appear: holder name, certificate type, and issue date. This service is available to employers and academic institutions.
Can I sign in with Google?▼
Yes, if your university email is already registered with us, you can sign in directly with the "Continue with Google" button. If you see a no-account message, submit a membership application first or contact club management.
I forgot my password, how do I recover it?▼
From the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. The link is valid for a limited time and can be used once.
Is event attendance mandatory for members?▼
Public events are optional, but commitment to committee tasks and meetings is part of active membership responsibility. Repeated absence from your unit's meetings is reviewed with your unit leader.
How do I register for events?▼
From the "Events" page, browse upcoming events and register directly. Members register from their portal with one click, and visitors via the event form. Registration closes automatically when capacity is full.
How do I get my certificates?▼
Certificates are issued electronically after events and participations. You'll find them on the "My Certificates" page in the member portal as downloadable PDFs, and each certificate has a serial number verifiable on the "Verify Certificate" page.
What are volunteer hours and how are they counted?▼
Hours are counted automatically when you attend events by scanning your personal QR code with the organizer. You can also submit manual hours requests for activities outside events with proof, approved by your unit leader. Your full balance and transaction history are always available on the "My Hours" page.
Can I change my committee after joining?▼
Yes, transfers between committees are available through the administration based on work needs and seat availability, and your complete movement history between units is documented in your profile.
What committees are available and how do I choose?▼
The club has nine committees: Finance, Content, Media, Quality & Development, Public Relations, Design, Logistics Support, Human Resources, and Reports & Statistics. Learn about each committee's goals on the "Committees" page and state your preference in the application form — the HR team assigns members based on preference and work needs.
Is membership open to non-CLS majors?▼
Yes, membership is open to students of health and other majors interested in clinical laboratory sciences, with priority for certain specialized roles given to CLS students.
How do I join the club?▼
From the "Join Us" page, fill out the membership form. Our HR team will review your application and contact you by email within a few business days. Upon acceptance, you'll receive your member portal account activation details.
